Excel to PDF

Convert an Excel spreadsheet into a printable PDF table — no sign-up, no upload, no file size limit.

Drop an Excel file here, or click to browse

Your files never leave your device. Everything runs locally in your browser — nothing is uploaded to a server, so there's no file size limit, no subscription, and no one but you ever sees what's in your file.

How it works

Upload an Excel file and the tool reads the first sheet, then lays it out as a proper table in a new PDF — with the header row repeated at the top of every page and rows automatically continuing onto additional pages.

Frequently asked questions

How does this handle wide sheets with lots of columns?+

Sheets with more than 6 columns are automatically laid out in landscape orientation to fit more columns per page. Rows automatically continue onto additional pages as needed — nothing is cut off.

Will this preserve my cell colors, fonts, and formatting?+

No — this produces a clean, readable table (header row highlighted, alternating structure for readability) rather than a pixel-for-pixel copy of your spreadsheet's exact styling. Values, not formatting, are what carry over.

My file has multiple sheets — what happens to the others?+

Only the first sheet is converted. Convert other sheets separately by saving each as its own file first.

Is my file uploaded anywhere?+

No. This tool runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript — your spreadsheet is read, rendered, and downloaded as a PDF without ever being sent to a server.

Keep a backup of your original file. This tool processes everything locally in your browser, and we've tested it carefully — but no conversion tool handles every PDF perfectly. Always keep your original file and double-check important results before relying on them.
